Currently Incident Track uses a 2014 version of the North Dakota Worker's Comp First Report of Injury form (1st attachment for comparison). North Dakota Worker's Comp has updated their First Report of injury and they currently use a version created in 2020 (2nd attachment for comparison). There are multiple additional questions asked on the new version as well as a significant design change. Because Incident track uses the old form, our clients are having ND Worker's Comp calling them after a claim has been submitted asking for additional information that wasn't collected because of the use of this old version. We would like the North Dakota First Report of Injury form updated in Incident Track so the new questions are asked when entering Incidents and the new form is generated.
