When creating trending reports in Incident Track, there is an option to include archived employees. However, there is no way to include archived incidents. Therefore when users see the "archived employees" option, they are thinking that archived incidents should be included in the reports, but they are not.
There should be a way to include archived incidents into the reports, so users can archive incidents that are no longer open but still get historical information from them.
