clients want to use the RMC for their own internal reporting and tracking capabilites which includes non-industry standard calssification. The RMC has the ability to upload unique training documents, similar in thought- the ability to create company specific categories and internal tracking capabilites specific to company reporting criteria would be useful i.e. utility strike, backing incident, pedestrian incident, animal injury etc.
