Hide Remove button until grid shows

In TT > Settings > AutoSchedule.aspx, when you click the new button the dialog displays with a remove button. The grid is hidden but the button is not. Please consider hiding the button until the grid shows.

Date Entry Should Be The Same In COI

The dates in the cert creation dialog can be entered as August 17,2008. The same date entered in the box would not work in the COI Editor. It only accepts numbers (e.g. 2008-9-10).
