Foreman and supervisors are asking for the ability to access the training shorts from their phones and tablets so they don't have print them out.  They're also asking for the ability to have the employee sign their screen indicating they attended the meeting instead of manually signing the sign-in sheet.  This would reduce the number of steps required to get the content to the foreman and track the offline trainings.
