When we issue annual COI renewals to our customers, vendors, etc., it would be nice if we were able to change the basic information once and apply to all COI's we issue, ie: Policy Number, Effective Date, Expiration Date. As it is now, we have to update every COI file individually, which is very time consuming. Maybe it can be a feature added to the Liability/Property Minimum Requirements set up options or something?

Is there also a way to add the "Insurers" to the Minimum Requirements section, or somewhere that I do not have to enter our Insurers on EVERY COI we issue ?
