- Can Succeed import a vendor list, that includes a list of policies and expiration dates? I’ve attached a file extracted from their current system. It would be helpful if we could include the type of policy and expiration date at a minimum.
- I’ve compared some of the features of CertTrax with COI Track. I have a few recommendations to improve COI Track and wanted to know if they could be made. Not immediately, but within 6 months.
- Reports
- They have a report that allows you to pull a list of vendors (contractors) by specific insurance company. This would be very helpful to identify contractors that are insured by an insurance company that we would want to avoid. For example, say a particular insurance company started to place a residential exclusion on policies. We’d want to identify those contractors. Not an easy task if you have 1000 vendors.
- Your All Lines of Coverage excel report doesn’t pull in the insurance company field. However, even if it did, your format wouldn’t allow for sorting by insurance company.
- Compliance report with where requirements were ignored or overridden. COI Track has no ability to report where exceptions are made.
- Could your report for All Certificates by Vendor have additional query fields? Maybe by line of coverage, vendor or insurance company?
- Insurance companies – CertTrax links to AM Best. This helps by:
- minimizes data input for insurance company
- mitigates potential for multiple insurance companies by spelling name differently
- includes the NAIC number and AM Best rating and will match against minimal acceptance of AM Best rating
*This would be a very nice feature to add. It’s not a field that you can add. They seem to link to AM Best.
