Community College System of NH has multiple campuses. Client has implemented internal Alternate ID to use for billing and paying faculty for specific training. They would like the following:
- To add one column to the All Sites Training Status to include the employee’s Alternate ID
- To have the Site Administrator / Users assigned to the sites have access to this report (currently the All Sites Training status is only available to the main admin, since it gives access to all sites
- Site administrators would only have access to the information pertaining to the site(s) they are authorized for. Most users have access to only one site, but Diane Carroll for example has access to two.
According to the documentation he provided, the Alt ID is type "Other"

I can ask them, but are you going to be working with them directly, or am I still going to be in the mix?
Kenneth - I need to know what Alternate ID they would like to include. There are 6 different types.
