Risk Management Platform Ideas

We have no clear idea of the purpose of the primary site in an account. It is treated as:

• The name of the actual account
• An administrative layer in Incident Track, SDS Track, and the library
• A distinct site in Training Track, Employee Management, COI Track, etc

This is confusing to Succeed employees, partners, and end users.

• Changing the primary site name will change the account name in administrative searches
• Secondary site names have the primary site name prepended (ex: Primary site – Secondary site)
• Primary site users can access any site in Incident Track, but not in Training Track

I propose that we treat the primary site as an administrative layer for the account consistently. Users in the primary site should be able to access all employees in employee management, all training records in Training Track, and all certificates in COI Track, etc.
