The All Sites Training Status is the only report that gives a comprehensive look at historical and scheduled training, but it is only available at the primary site level. So, sub-site administrators would have to either create multiple reports to gather that data, or would have to go to the primary site admin to create a report and then pare the report down for the site in question.
As a sub site administrator, I need the equivalent of the All Sites Training Status Report available for my specific site, so I can get the information I need quickly without having to contact another person to generate the required information.
