Since I have to re-enter carrier information repeatedly, it would save time and effort if the system would save carrier information and auto populate the field.

This is a lot of extra work to fill out every time a claim is entered. If that could be set up at the account level and auto populated it would save a ton of time entering incidents.

The ability to move a letter to another category would increase organization.

Might want to think about making it so that when someone clicks on a box they can mark more than one training complete instead of going it one by one on the side of the administrators. Take forever.

Customer of USI has a suggestion to include the approximate course completion time in the assignment email.

We need to be able to lock-down who can add new body parts and causes in incident track otherwise the trending data becomes useless.

Client would like investigation fields to export into Workers Compensation Incidents Report to facilitate data cleansing.

Employer would like to assign these to the employee rather than have the system assign it.

Is there a way to add the expiration dates on the Manage certificates page?

We have two sites, one in Kentucky and one in California. Without "manage sites" I have to lump them all in one database...leads to confusion.
