It would be helpful for us to see who is marked as being out or on modified duty without going into each record. With limited resources and other responsibilities, I've lost track a few times and forgot to maintain these records on a timely basis, causing the need to check several records to catch up. If not too hard to add either a report or a column on the incident chart on the main page, that would help to keep the records updated.
