I have had one of my clients mention several times over the years that they wish Incident Track had an option to keep track of injured persons' medical appointments and other important dates for each claim automatically using some sort of calendar feature within the RMC.
Their idea was something that would automatically pull data from the Incident and populate a calendar. This would eliminate the need for anyone to duplicate work when they enter the incident information, but then have to add a calendar entry somewhere else.
