On the employee portal there is no ability to submit a trouble ticket, or even a page that shows what to do in the case of trouble. Even on the employee login page, there are no option for what to do if there is a problem logging in .

Instead of completing a bunch of small checklists, can you please add the OSHA Safety Checklist for small business?

It doesn't make sense that "project" only shows up under Manage Requests, but doesn't show up when the certificate is marked as being received. Can this be added to that section?
