The "*Days before due date to start notifying employees:" is defaulted to 30. This should be changed to 365 or greater. Trainings assigned to employees should be automatically viewable to the employee when they log in to the employee portal, regardless of the due date. The default position should have no limit, but with the option of changing to a limit if desired.
