As a user/admin of the RMC, I would like the ability to create sub-categories for employees, so training can be scheduled by various category options.
Use case: Employee works in administrative area such as office admin, but also occasionally makes deliveries. Employee then would be named as Office Admin, but would be sub-categorized as both "Admin" and "Driver". In this way, I could schedule courses for drivers that would include this employee.

I had a similar idea... using tags. If we could tag individual employees as drivers, we could then assign driver training easily across all categories and departments.
