There needs to be a way to track and trend all incidents that occurred in a given month so you do not have to make a bar graph for each individual incident type.

During monthly safety meetings it would be nice to show a single graph that showed the number of incidents we had, the type of incidents we had in a selected time frame company wide or per department.

All incident types should have a field to select an employee involved in the incident in incident track reporting who section. Some incident type reports only ask you to select a location and not an employee.

Policy Lines

Can you please add more policy lines. Right now only GL, WC, Property, & Auto are available. Please add Excess, Flood, Crime, EPLI. thank you

Incident Tracking by State required fields

Have the State required fields for the First Report on one page or least in a logical format so we don't have to toggle between sheets to complete.
