When creating multiple custom reports, there should be an check box to add all locations instead of having to select them individually for each report, which is very time consuming. There should also be a function to include the year over year trending for the same parameters, if the information is available. In other words, if you choose to look at Root causes for Q1 2018...it would be great if it shows the comparative trending for Q1 from previous years if the information is in the system. Hope that makes sense. I have requested this in the past prior to the idea suggestion forum.
