From 2017-present we have had 28 clients use the registration link instead of the "forgot username or password" link to try and retrieve their login credentials. Every one of those unsuccessful attempts eventually ends up in a phone call to us for resetting that info for the client. The description for the Register link says "To gain access to the platform, register and request a username and password". If this link cannot be removed, what about removing the verbiage about requesting a username and password? That might cut down on the confusion on what the register link is actually for...
