When referencing claim information I don't need to actually download the whole document but just view the information in the document for a second. It seems unnecessary to download the document everytime I need to glance at something quickly.

Currently you have to download it and then transfer all the info to the specific columns of the downloadable blank spreadsheet and upload that spreadsheet. It would save time if they were compatible.
