The tiles on the dashboard was a great improvement. However it would be nice if at the agency level we could set a default for all of our clients/users. We find that the ones that are set by KPA do not reflect what our clients use the RMC for primarily.

I agree! And if our client has multiple sites, each site's dashboard has to be set up individually. That's extremely time consuming. Some of our clients have over 50 locations. It would also be nice if the shortcut for the Risk Management Library was consistent and was called "Risk Management Library" instead of "Risk Management Content".
