We have many employees and several departments. It would be helpful to be able to select the department and have a list of completed employees instead of having to look up each individual employee and search out the department.

Allows the primary user and others involves to see the trainings that are past due. Allow the ability to adjust the email notification stating it is a past due training, etc.

There are healthcare trainings mixed in with trainings i would use. I do not do healthcare. When i log in, it should just show me what i would use based on our company profile.
