Would be very useful if system had a new hire orientation that when assigned to employee would run through all topics from start to finish and issue completion certificate with all topics listed on it. They have safety orientation DVD for this you would just need to add to your systems library. 

All the current topic's you offer now are good for training on particulate topic through out the year but are not for new employee training topics needed.
