Assigned Documents History Report to Include Archived Documents in My Content

Right now if I run a “assigned documents” report it will show all of the “My content” trainings that an employee took. We have decided to replace a few of the My Content trainings with better content. I want to archive the old trainings, but if I do this I lose the record that an employee took the training. They no longer show up on the “assigned documents” report. In fact I think that once a training has been complete it should never go away on the reports – if they drop off the report, we potentially are no longer compliant with OSHA requirements.
