- Allow drop lists to multi-pick in scheduling or reporting fields. For example, with training being administered from Corporate, allowing reports to select multiple properties helps as does when scheduling, allowing multiple courses and employee fields (department, position, employee, etc.) to be selected would reduce duplication.
- Allow a date range to be entered in the custom report design phase.
- Custom reports provide the option to include archived employees, but the resulting report does not show whether the employee is active or archived. When creating the report with the archive option selected, include a field/column (e.g., ‘Employee Type’ field should be added showing active or archived.
- When scheduling due dates if an employee has multiple modules with different due dates each “due date” must be scheduled separately. Within the schedule function you should be able to select specific due dates for specific training courses instead of a single due date.
