Customer want to have a set monthly schedule for training, that all employees are on, and have that schedule template be able to accept new employees. For example, January is ladder safety, February is Hazcom, etc.
All classes would be due by end of month, and once set up, it would be easy to apply to emploiyees going forward.
Second, if it is recurring, the due date would not move based on when the employee finished. If one employee finishe the 10th of the month, and the next the 15th, they would both be due next year at the end of the month
