Several clients have asked if there is a way to capture the actual and total time it's taking an employee to complete a specific training course on the Training Track. Unfortunately, the custom reports in the Training Track does not currently have that ability. For future system upgrades, it would be great if the portal allows employers to create a custom report that shows how long it took an employee to complete a specific course. With employees having the ability to start a course and finishing it later, the timing becomes very difficult or impossible to calculate. If the system allows administrators the ability to capture the total sum of time when an employee accesses the specific courses and completes it, this would be very helpful
