The Default Role field in the Edit User panel has confused many more people than it has helped. Users and even support staff tend to believe that the default role will actually assign a role to a user, but it does not. Suggest to remove this field from the Edit User panel to alleviate confusion and reduce support requests.

Please consider giving this priority. The default role generates an outsized number of support requests and is absolutely useless.
