Permission to access the Email Log is tied to the Administrator role. A user with full, non-administrator permissions cannot access the Email Log. This creates a situation in which Users tasked with managing training or employees cannot verify whether employees are receiving notifications. Suggest to include Email Log in the Employee Management permission.
