An app specifically for the employee portal. Most field employees do not have email addresses, but they do have cell phones. If there was an app for the employee portal they could download it on their phones and receive push notifications when a training is assigned.

This is a great idea. We have a bunch of clients with employees that need to be able to do the trainings and only have access to a cell phone.
