I have many clients who like the idea of the training track... but don't feel it will work for them as most of their ee's do not utilize email. If the system gave the option to send a text message instead, that could solve this problem.
Currently we do use TEXT for notifications by simply gathering the employees cell number and caririer (Verizon, AT&T, etc). Then we convert it to an an email address using the carriers extension. CAUTION: The cell carrier has control over when the notifications are delivered which can be in the middle of the night.
