Help understanding what optional fields are worth populating

At the end of an Incident report there is the option to distribute the report. I would like to be able to send only select attachments when distributed. So before sending there could be an option to distribute all attachments or select attachments...

some incidences are not reported to a insurance carrier, yet they may still incur small amounts of cost for 1st aide. It would be nice to track how much incidences may be costing an employer since small costs can also add up

Once a training matrix is set up we need the option to have these reoccur. Example; if we set up a training matrix for Drivers the client needs to make those trainings reoccur every year for that driver.

It would be helpful to know exactly what is being added to the RMC and a brief description of each new resource. I recommend a list to be sent to platform admins monthly/quarterly with updates regarding what has been added.
