The EIN is required now for the CSV file export out of the RMC. This file is set to upload to OSHA. The EIN should flow down from the Manage Sites OR be part of the import sheet for locations if it is going to be a mandatory field.

I have a client that has a lot of location under the Site. They would like to do DART and TCIR calculations by location. When creating the report selecting a location in the drop down does not give the location data but the total for the Site.

Currently you can only download a pdf of the table of contents. I don't see this helpful without the complete context. I believe clients would benefit by being able to print a complete manual if necessary or save the complete manual to a pdf

Would like to see a training that covers the NY Shield Act.

Client would like the ability to see who has performed administrative functions in the system with a date and time stamp. For example who scheduled or cancelled training in training track.

Recently there was a problem in the system that training emails were delayed by 24 hours. Since the fix, the ability to select a time to send the reminder email has been removed. The training emails have been sent about 6:15 PM EST. Would be nice ...

If there is a feature of the RMC that is not working there should be message that comes up at the top of the screen once logged in to notify of the issue. Would save time and a ticket to the help desk.
