I noticed you separated the Harassment Prevention training's for employees and managers by state which is great! Can we have the option to assign training by "State of Hire" per our employee uploads? This will help meet training requirements by state easily to be able to assign by the state they live in. We do have field personnel across the country and facilitating the mandatory harassment prevention training would be much easier if I could assign training based on where they live.
