Currently to add a logo to the letters sent to vendors, users have to provide a link to URL. If the design of the site containing the URL changes (causing a change the to the URL itself) the links to the letter would be broken.

Provide the option to download audits into excel list

Since email is the preferred method for most of us, the Workflow Method of sending a cert request should default to "email" and have the option to print a letter if necessary. This would save us a few steps each time a new cert is requested.
