It would be beneficial to have a report that includes compliance information broken down by insurance line (GL, Prop, etc.) Currently, the reports just say yes/no to compliance without further detail.

Disable skipping ahead in training videos. Employees have become wise to this and unfortunately have taken advantage. This obviously defeats the purpose of the video and training.

It appears that we cannot edit the cadence including time of day or day of the week that the email is sent. Right now, the email is sent at 9:35 PM EST on Tuesdays. Can we change the day of the week or the time of the email?

When managing lists, allowing for those lists to be shared between an organizations "sites". Updating the same information across many lists (i.e. medical facility info) for sites that use the same facility is time consuming.

Add length of the training to certificates of completion for training because this is required information for him to report in some cases
