Notification of Product Issues Sent to Champions

If there is an issue with the RMC it would be helpful for Champions like me to be notified if it affects a large number of clients. Recently a coworker tried to solve an issue for a client, then it got escalated to me, both of us spent a bunch of time working on it to find out it was a known issue. If I was notified of the issue we could have saved a lot of time not only for us but also the client.


I would suggest that KPA seriously consider this as this has happened several times to us and I can't be the only Champion with this situation.
