When assigning a audit it asks for the area, however, once completed and looking at the report it doesn't have that in the header portion. So you don't know what area has been audited.

You should be able to copy or easily reuse question responses within an Audit. If you have an Audit with several of the same responses regardless of the question i.e. yes/no or true/false this would prevent you from having to add the same response...
