Choose all that apply should be true if a false answer is not selected

I have a client that is working on testing the Audit Track. They have a list of options for a question. 1, 2, 3, or even 10 items might be true in the list but never all of them. The "Choose all that apply" gives a passing answer only if everything is selected. Should be a way to say that if all answers that are selected are passing the question is passing.
