You cannot schedule a training course for an employee twice. When you attempt to schedule an employee for a training course he is already scheduled for, the count on the confirmation page is the only way you would know the training is not scheduling for certain employees. If you are scheduling training for a group of employees, you may not even notice that the count does not include all employees you are scheduling the training for. If you do notice the count is different, you may not know why. We need to improve the message/feedback we provide to users when they attempt to schedule training for an employee that is already scheduled for that training. And possibly add the option for them to overwrite the existing training with the new due date.
