Occasionally we run into a client that has some employees that have some difficulty in logging into the employee portal. This has nothing to do with their password but instead a setting on their computer. My latest asking of KPA support gave me the idea that this information should be available here: https://support.lossfreerx.com/hc/en-us/categories/203239088-Employee-Portal on the support page and the employee portal.
Their organization's computer must be able to receive and process information from several sites for the Risk Management Center to work properly. Please have them add the following entries to their browser's Trusted Sites list:

Having this information there would be beneficial. We have some clients that have decided to use the RMC alone and this would give them the tools they need, also a convenient location to have everything stored that relates to the Employee Portal.
