When a Vendor, for example, drops their Umbrella/Excess Liability coverage, you can not just delete the information from their COI. It states, info needed, and sends the COI into "INVALID" category. The only way to fix this now is to "ARCHIVE" the COI and then re-type in all the information as a new COI. Such a waste of time. Fix the Glitch.
