Add another column in the COI email log to show which Vendor has the expired COI for which you are sending the email request for. Most emails go to the Producer (Insurer), which is what is listed, but you may have several Vendors with the same Producer/Insurance Company. So when you look back to the email log, you have no way of knowing for which Vendor has the expired COI and who still needs to respond to the email. You only see the Producer was sent an email.
