When we upload OSHA recordable incidents/illnesses to the RMC there's no column to identify whether or not the cases are 'privacy cases' so the employees' names should be left off the OSHA 300 log. That's not a problem when there are only a few incidents to upload, as you have to then open each record individually and click on the box to leave the name off the log. HOWEVER, since Covid-19 is considered recordable if it's work-related, we've been using the upload spreadsheets to upload MULTIPLE cases (for our healthcare clients) which is TOO time-consuming to go back in and individually edit.
