If a requirement set is applied and then requirements from that set are ignored, then the set is changed to a different set and back, the originally ignored requirements remain ignored. This is true even if the certificate is saved and closed and then re-edited before the requirement is changed again. It seems like any application of a requirement set should default to not ignoring requirements in that set regardless of previous usage.

Environment: Live / Beta
Browser: Firefox
Host Group: Demo Organization
Client: Lucky 7 Demonstrations

Steps:

1. COIT > Manage > All
2. Edit: any full form certificate
3. Apply a minimum requirement > Ignore some/all requirements on a tab
4. Apply a different requirement
5. Optional: Save & Close > Re-edit the certificate
6. Apply the requirement applied in Step 3
   • Observe the requirements you ignored remain ignored when the requirement is re-selected.
