I have had a number of customers ask me how they can group/favorite a number of trainings and videos within the risk management library. I know PowerPoints, policies, toolbox talks can be checked off and added to the My Content folder. Is there a possibility a change can be made so that online trainings and videos can also be selected and added to a folder or even grouped together in a training program? I know there is an auto-scheduling feature in the training track, but a lot of my customers say they have employees that are not "tech-savvy" to log into employee portals, or have email addresses to receive the training reminders and links. So I was wondering if there can be a way to group certain trainings and videos together into different 'training programs' for insureds to make and have quick access to via their RMC user accounts. Any help is appreciated! This is a question/request I get asked quite frequently, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and see if this could be done as it may help many other RMC customers and their insureds as well.
