Currently only happens when switching tabs.

1. HGA > Setup > SDS Library
2. Click on a product
3. Dates Tab
4. Set the two date fields to future dates
5. Attempt to navigate to a different tab
6. Observe a warning message that date must be in the past
7. Click Save & Close
8. Observe no warning message was displayed
