Category to schedule training for new employees

I do this often where a client sends a spreadsheet of new employees (sometimes hundreds) to be added to the RMC and set up training for them. Would it be possible to add a new category when scheduling in Training Track under Employee Selection for "Newly Added Employees", so we wouldn't have to click through each new employee to assign a training?
