At one point the Online Training Library was more robust with topics that mirrored the PowerPoint Presentations or vice a versa (English and Spanish). Our organizations could benefit from this. It appears to have slimmed down in recent years. Perfect for tracking and monitoring training.
As someone in the past had mentioned, to build a bookmark category would also be helpful; for example we could build out and elect training sessions for New Hire Orientation, Lead/Foreman level, Leadership Level, etc... would be a great way to push out training.
