There are a lot of fields in Incident Track that are not exportable to excel. Would be nice to have a report builder that could get either every data field for an incident or have the ability to select which fields to export to excel. We have a client that would like to use the IT to track more information and then be able to review the data in excel looking for deeper trends. One such example is the Equipment used before the incident.
